First Tube Media is looking for a stellar Account Coordinator to join our team as we continue to grow. Proven organizational, project management and production experience is needed. The goal is to become a support to our internal Client Services and cross-functional teams.  In addition to taking on small content/editorial executions building strong and fruitful partnerships that drive strategic growth in our business.

A successful candidate for this role has played a role in project management, understands the social landscape, and has passion exciting work no matter how small the task.  A confident executor who is comfortable in a dynamic startup environment and will bring energy and passion to everything they do. This role reports directly to the Client Success team, with significant cross-functional collaboration across the entire company.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the highest level of professionalism is maintained on assigned accounts, and work to meet and exceed the Client expectations.
  • Support the Client Success leads across our roster of active programs on any specific tasks as needed – production research, fielding questions, building production decks, organizing client facing documents, agenda and tracker creation
  • Document call and meeting notes and distill down information into clear action plans
  • Deck creation, slide building and writing
  • Monitor and incorporate feedback from the client and/or the internal team for continuous workflow improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Talent, Production, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Budget management and reporting along with client invoicing and financials

What You’ll Bring

  • 0-2+ years of digital project management with progressively increasing responsibility, including significant exposure to senior leaders
  • A confident leader, exceptional communicator, and compelling presenter with an unbreakable resolve and excellent negotiation skills
  • Analytically savvy, familiar with all digital marketing ROAS and other metrics our clients are looking to optimize
  • Well-versed in all things Social
  • Empathetic, humble and hungry
  • Experience working in live and digital events are huge plus
  • NYC based
