Andy is the Founder and CEO of Shadrach, a consultancy that specializes in the intersection of brands, music, media & culture. He is the former President and Publisher of The FADER for 16 years, building it into one of the most influential and credible music media properties in the world today.

Ian serves as the head of programming for First Tube Media where he artfully matches Brand attributes to Band / Artist niche. Ian is the EVP of Communion Presents responsible for over 400 Artist bookings per year from local residencies to Bonnaroo.
Business Operations Manager
Alex is the Business Operations Assistant at First Tube Media where she gets to combine her lifelong passion for music with her skills in event production and management. She has worked extensively in back-end event production coordination and onsite management and team delegation for all event types – from small private sector events to corporate functions and expos.
Sr. Director of Client Success
Jackie manages and oversees all client relationships throughout each stage of the sales cycle and throughout execution. She brings her experiences with The Infatuation and Time Out NY to the team.
Chairman of Advisory Board
The Founder and CEO of Eastlake, a new media and technology consultancy. He is also the Co-founder and former President of Qello, a on-demand, OTT concert streaming service, with relationships with major music labels, and distribution partners like Apple, Amazon, and Google.

Brian is the head of production for First Tube media. Brian has run the post-production process for a multitude of short and long form content types that have been on HBO, MTV, Spike TV, and AMC for starters.

Jojo is a producer, director, and cinematographer. You can see his work on Live at the Artist’s Den (longstanding PBS series) which has featured 100s of diverse artists like Cage the Elephant, Alabama Shakes, and John Legend
Ashley is an Account Manager on the Client Success Team at First Tube Media. She handles the onboarding, management and implementation of client programs. She brings her experience from Food52 to the team
Sales Development Representative
Corrie focuses on lead generation, brand strategy and content marketing at FTM. She brings with her culture marketing experience in connecting brands to target audiences by leveraging owned content.
Digital Events Coordinator
Gabe brings with him a plethora of production, touring, label, and management experience that helps organize and streamline communications with artist teams from concept to finished product.
Director of Media & Analytics
Seth focuses on revenue generation, marketing innovation, and strategic reporting here at FTM. He brings Paid Media & Marketing experience from working and developing relationships with some of entertainment’s largest accounts, talent management companies + social media platforms.
Live Activation & Analytics Coordinator
Jacob is a member of the Live Activation and Analytics Team at FTM. He works on optimizing media campaigns, data collection, and strategic reporting. He comes from an entrepreneurial background working with OTT platforms and SaaS start-ups.
Video Producer/Streaming Technician
Jara Wallace is an experienced video producer, editor & streaming technician. He’s spent the last 9 years working on the cutting edge of live music and production streaming in the music, television & technology industries. He is based in Austin, TX.
